The guests must cancel the reservation by 4 p.m of the day (7days for group reservation) prior to the day of stay, or their credit card will be charged. If they do not cancel their reservation and do not show up for their room, they will be charged for the night on their credit card.
Rooms not guaranteed to a credit card:
The reservation will be held until 3pm of the day of stay and may be cancelled if they have not checked in by then.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit equivalent to one night's stay charge. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled/amended 1 day, prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be fully refunded. In all other cases, no refund will be given.
Guests must ensure that they furnish staff with accurate credit card particulars. In the event that the Super 8 Athabasca fails to collect the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested accommodation will not be secured and the property will not be held responsible.
